A three-year framework agreement with the National Research Council (CNR) establishes, at the AISES Foundation – SPES Academy « Carlo Azeglio Ciampi », the CESN — Council for National Security Education. ConnectED Mind is born within this perimeter.
The CESN coordinates an institutional programme on cognitive security, with SPES Academy and ConnectED Mind among the implementing parties — a work plan advancing in stages toward a National Strategic Report.
Scientific Committee: definition of the Report's quadrants.
